Phase 1
Mobilisation & Screening

Identifying and selecting participants interested in the IT Skilling and Placement Program through initial screenings to assess their suitability and readiness.

Phase 2
Orientation & Group Segregation

Introducing participants to the program's goals and structure, then organizing them into groups based on their skills and career aspirations.

Phase 3
Skill Development

Providing training in IT skills through both theoretical learning and practical hands-on sessions to build expertise and confidence.

Phase 4
Soft Skills & Personality Development

Conducting workshops to enhance participants' communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities, essential for professional success.

Phase 5
Last Mile Support

Ensuring participants are fully prepared for job placement through additional support and guidance, bridging the gap between training and employment readiness.

Other Programs under JIVICA

LMV Training Programme

The LMV Training Programme, part of Kshamata Innovation Foundation’s flagship Vocational Training Project – JIVICA, aims to empower women by providing them with the skills to become Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) drivers. Conducted in Malleswaram, Bangalore, this program successfully trained 13 women, enhancing their employment opportunities and supporting their families. Delivered by expert trainers in Kannada, the course included both theoretical and practical driving lessons, ensuring comprehensive learning without language barriers. This initiative not only promotes financial independence but also contributes to the social and economic development of the participants.

JOB Fair 2022

Our Job Fair, organized as part of the JIVICA initiative, serves as a pivotal event connecting job seekers with diverse employment opportunities aligned with industry needs. Held annually, this event showcases a wide array of job roles spanning various sectors such as EdTech and Telecom, offering salaries up to INR 25,000 per month. It provides a platform for over 400 candidates ranging from 10th pass to graduates to interact directly with recruiters from leading companies. Through this initiative, we aim to foster career advancement, economic empowerment, and inclusive growth within our community.
