Chandrika S : A Self-Reflection of her journey in becoming a Successful Entrepreneur
I was born brought up in Hospet, Bellary Dist, Karnataka along with a brother & a sister. Being the eldest of the siblings, taught me to take up responsibility at a very young age. As a child, I was driven by creativity & had a knack for taking up new challenges. My parents being well-educated employees, had given us the freedom to choose our career.
After having completed my graduation at VNC, Gulbarga University in 1998, I was willing to be a homemaker and create cherishable memories with my son. Yet, I went ahead and obtained my MBA, HR at KSOU 2008 (MBA after marriage), encouraged by my Husband. In order to improve the financial status of my family, in the light of providing the best possible future for my son, I took it up as a challenge to balance home and work, alongside my post-graduation. After having worked in various companies in Bangalore, as HR for over 15yrs, I gained a rich experience in Human Resource Management.
By combining this expertise of mine with the Facility Management experience of my husband, we decided to incorporate a Facility management company, “Chans Teq India Pvt Ltd” in 2016 & generated job opportunities for Non-IT Staff by compiling all the statutory benefits to our employees. Now we have around 100+ employees working in this company. After successfully establishing Chans Teq, my thirst for hardcore HR Recruitment process started once again in 2020, when I met a well-wisher, who is a successful entrepreneur himself. Under his support and guidance, fueled by motivation from my husband and son, I registered a new organization, “Neo Credence Consultancy LLP” for the IT recruitment process. It was indeed a risky challenge to have started this new venture during the COVID Pandemic, yet as a team, we were able to run a profitable show, in the first year. Now, I proudly head two profitable organizations in Bangalore with the support of my family, friends, clients & all our employees.
